What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a future orientated process that focuses completely on YOU! Life coaches are equal partners who assist you to improve and grow professionally and personally. Coaches assist you in identifying and executing the actions necessary to achieve your goals. With the help of a Life coach you will achieve your professional, personal, and spiritual goals, much more effectively, easily and objectively, and in less time.
Coaching is a good fit for a goal-oriented person who prefers to take responsibility for their processes and outcomes. Coaches work with “highly-functioning” people. Meaning the assumption is that the client is healthy, willing and fully capable of achieving their goals. Clients who are looking for guidance and motivation. Clients who do NOT perceive themselves in need of therapy may be more inclined to see a Life Coach, preferring a coaching model to a therapy model.
A Life Coach works closely with you to establish an action plan for creating what you want in your life. A Coach is an active partner to guide you, create action plans, identify what holds you back and motivate you to move forward. How does Life Coaching work?
Typically after the initial meeting either in person or over the phone, you interact with your coach over the phone. If you would prefer to meet your me in person that can be easily arranged. I have found that in general coaching by phone creates more focus and fewer distractions, is usually more effective and can take place wherever you are in the country or the world. I coach individuals one to one, as well as group coaching and ongoing seminars.
You and your coach will develop an ongoing partnership, based upon trust and cooperation to achieve your desired outcome. Your coach will focus their full energy and attention and skill set on you achieving your goals. Your coach is the totally objective, nonjudgmental, supportive mirror into whom you really are and what you really want to do. Your coach will let you see options, new perspectives, give you encouragement, insight, and confidence to take your planned actions towards achieving your goals. Your coach will help you to identify any self-imposed obstacles and assist you to overcome them, using active questioning and listening, hypnosis and HypnoCoaching if you choose.
What is HypnoCoaching?
HypnoCoaching blends hypnosis, emotional freedom techniques and neuro-linguistic tools with motivational coaching skills to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible - more quickly, easily and effectively than personal coaching alone. HypnoCoaching works with more than just the conscious mind that analyzes and makes decisions.
