As a young girl growing up in Ireland I always believed in the power of our mind and our thoughts to enhance the quality of our lives. I have travelled extensively thorough out Europe, Egypt and Israel, the United States and recently Central America. I have learned something from every culture that I have been exposed to. This has just served to strengthen my beliefs in our powerful mind.
 
During the last 12 years I have been actively working with clients, both Individuals and Businesses, through individual sessions, group sessions and seminars.  I help people learn that we all have the power within ourselves to overcome limiting or stuck behaviors and transform our lives naturally and easily. Throughout my life I have always been called on to act as a "life coach", motivator and mentor to friends and associates. I have experienced how the mind makes lasting, life changing improvements both personally and as Life Coach, Consulting Hypnotist and Reiki Master.  My guiding principal and philosophy is that we cannot change what happens to us, but we can change how we react to it, and how we allow it to affect our lives. We have control over our actions and reactions and the success that we bring into our lives. 
 
I believe living in the present is the only thing that is real and true. Thus the name Present Day Minds, or PDM.  When we are able to do that, we live a powerful, rich, life filled with infinite possibilities now. As an active volunteer for Hospice many of my most valuable life lessons have been learned from those wonderful people that I have been allowed to share the end of their life with.
